Prismo Road Markings Limited announced today that PPG Traffic Solutions EMEA, formerly known as Ennis-Flint, has undergone a management buyout and is now under new ownership. The deal was signed this morning, and the new owners are the existing management team, General Manager James Moore, and Finance Director Andy Jourdain. The MBO includes the full operation including the flagship manufacturing plant in Chorley, UK, two additional manufacturing plants in Italy, and a site in South Africa.
