This 2 day course provides an overview of the asset management process before looking at the components that make up good asset management practice, an understanding of the aims of the aims of the component, and how those components deliver value for money, and works programmes in practice.
The course is aimed at understanding the process, the data required to deliver effective asset management and the application of that data to deliver optimised forward plans of works for the next 5 year AMP period, and an understanding of the demands likely to be placed on budgets and resources over the next 10-15 years.
