Surface dressing is a long established and proven highway maintenance technique involving the spray application of an emulsion bituminous binder onto a prepared road surface prior to the immediate application of aggregate chippings to ‘dress’ the binder.
RSTA Silver Certificate CPD courses are for Contract Managers, Contract Supervisors and Technicians to demonstrate they have received regular up-skill training every 5 years.
